Updating Device Firmware
After getting the latest firmware file versions from AudioCodes' firmware repository located in the cloud using the Latest Versions page as shown here, admins can upgrade their devices in the 'Devices Status' page.

| ➢ | To upgrade devices firmware: |
| 1. | In the Device Status page, do one of the following: |
| ● | Select the check boxes adjacent to the devices that you wish to generate a configuration, click the Selected Rows Actions link, and then choose Update Firmware. |
| ● | For a single device, click the Actions drop-down adjacent to the relevant phone, click the Actions drop-down, and then choose Update Firmware. |
| 2. | Click Update Firmware. |
| 3. | From the Select the firmware' dropdown, choose LATEST VERSION and then click Confirm; the following confirmation message is displayed. |
The selected devices will use the firmware files listed in the 'Latest Firmware Versions' page.
